Elevating standards and expanding opportunities in the Humanities and Social Sciences in Mizoram
Zo Humanities and Social Sciences Research Hub (OPC) Private Limited is established to elevate standards and expand opportunities in the Humanities and Social Sciences in Mizoram. Incorporated under the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Government of India, pursuant to sub-section (2) of section 7 and sub-section (1) of section 8 of the Companies Act, 2013, and rule 18 of the Companies (Incorporation) Rules, 2014.
Our research hub serves as a multidisciplinary platform dedicated to research, publication, and collaboration across the humanities and social sciences.
Under the Zo Humanities and Social Sciences Research Hub, four key platforms operate:
Zo Humanities Event focuses on organizing international academic events, featuring conferences, seminars, and workshops. We invite collaborations and partnerships with aligned organizations and institutions.
A Journal of Interdisciplinary Research: This publication platform fosters cross-disciplinary dialogue and scholarly exchange through research articles and academic discussions.
Centre for Humanities and Social Sciences Research functions as a research institute, offering fellowships and grants to support Mizo scholars in advancing their academic and research pursuits.
This forum aims to promote environmental stability towards SDG 11, 12 and 13 through awareness and realistic approaches to attain a more healthy and vibrant planet for the current and future generations to come.

Advancing independent studies in humanities and social sciences related to Mizoram.
The Centre for Humanities and Social Sciences Research (CHSSR) is an internal organization that serves as an institute. It gives research fellowship and grants to selected candidates, solely designed for Mizo applicants.
Currently CHSSR is funding one researcher to advance independent studies in the humanities and social sciences related to Mizoram.

Sustainable Green Action Forum (SGAF) is founded on 8th February, 2026 under the aegis of Zo Humanities and Social Sciences Research Hub (OPC) Private Limited. It aims to promote environmental stability towards SDG 11, 12 and 13 through awareness and realistic approaches to attain a more healthy and vibrant planet for the current and future generations to come.
This forum brings together individuals, collaborators, and communities who are interested in climate and environment action and activism to achieve sustainable development.
